This Callcard was sold only at the 1998 Telecom Eireann Callcard fair in March 1998.
Pictured on the card is the RDS, where the fair was held. Like it's predecessors, the 1998 fair raised funds for the Irish Brain Research Foundation. The card came in a cardboard sleeve.

That's very interesting John! I was of the impression all the cards issued at the fair (in the folder) were unwrapped. Perhaps they were unwrapped before being put in the folder? Odd choice!
