There were initially plans for 50 of these phonecards to be produced however due to technical problems only 13 cards were produced, making this card extremely rare. For it's time, the Gemplus GP2 chipset this card features could hold up to 23, 679 units. This is a huge number compared to chipsets Telecom eireann were using at the time.
The back of this card was printed upside down.
