A smartcard produced by the Office of Public Works (OPW) Engineering Services. This card enabled boat owners on the Shannon-Erne waterway to avail of services such as:
- Lock passage
- Pumpouts of sewage
- Washing machine/Drier
- Showers
- Toliet Facilities
To this day smartcards are still used in Ireland for such purposes on Irish waterways.
