This Service Card was used to test the phonecard systems manufsctured by British Plessey/GPT. This generic service card design was also used on service cards in different countries, such as the UK.
Interestingly the Cork FITCE Callcard was an official Telecom eireann overprint of the Plessy/GPT Test Card.
