This was an unofficial souvenir Callcard issued at the Cork Stamp & Card fair on the 6th of May 1995. Notice the black and yellow sticker covering the Dublin 10 unit Deep Notch trial callcard.
Previously Callcards were unofficially overprinted which concerned Telecom Eireann who ordered a stop to the practice. As a workaround later souvenir Callcards were affixed a special sticker, as above to get around this legal problem.
